The Student Support team provides support to students throughout their learning experience and is an integral part of the student experience at Purdue Global. As a student, you can:

  • Receive assistance with course registration
  • Receive an overview of the online learning experience
  • Gain insight into learning and study strategies

Before you even begin your chosen program of study, the Student Support team is dedicated to helping you every step of the way on your path toward graduation.

Student Support Specialists team members are assigned to students based on their program, degree, and affiliation (e.g., branch of the military). As a result, they are qualified to speak to students about their course requirements and electives and help students tailor their program to their academic and career goals.

Student Support can also determine whether existing college credits and professional skills can count as credit toward a Purdue Global degree or certificate, potentially saving students time and money.
